RETURN POLICY We want happy customers so yes, of course we accept returns. You may return your purchase for any reason within 7 days of receiving your merchandise for a full refund, exchange or credit note. Here's the drill. In accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have seven days from receiving your goods to process a return. Step One All returns must be pre-authorized. To obtain an authorization number, e-mail a RETURN REQUEST to us with details of your purchase. Without this email and subsequent authorisation number, your return cannot be processed. Step Two Once you have your authorisation number, you can send it on back to us. You have seven days from receipt to complete this two part return process. All returned items must reach us in their original condition - unworn, unused, and with tags attached. All returns will be subject to inspection to ensure they meet this criteria before a refund will be issued. All shipping is non-refundable. In the case of an exchange we will post the substitute item at no extra cost.
